Telehealth or Online Counselling
All Relationship Matters counsellors and psychologists are mindful of our shared responsbility in upholding the rules of physical distancing to minimise the spread and to overcome Covid 19. The health of our clients and therapists remain our top priority. However, we also know that social isolation is a single biggest contributing factor towards mental health problems. Therefore, we are now seeing all our clients through Telehealth or Online Video Counselling. Our counsellors and psychologists have been providing Online or Telehealth counselling to our clients interstate and overseas, way before the Covid 19 pandemic.
You will receive the same quality counselling service with Telehealth and Online Counselling. This also means you can talk to one of our counsellors from the privacy and safety of your own home or space, anywhere in the world. Our counsellors and psychologists are trained and experienced in providing online or telehealth counselling.
Telehealth and online counselling is simple. You can either give us a ring on 0400 999 918 to make an appointment or email us. Once an appointment is made you will be sent an email with a link, together with an invoice. On the day and time of the appointment, simply click on the link and your counsellor or psychologist will see you face to face online.
Relationships are important at the best of times, let alone now when we are all experiencing uncertainty and stress, we need even more, to lean into our relationships. If your relationship with your partner, children or family was in difficulty before Covid 19, having to self isolate can bring forth more of those difficulties and challenges. This could be a good time for you to get your relationship back on track and attend to your own mental health.
